These terms govern your use of wristguide.com ("the site"), operated by Intoit Global Ltd ("WristGuide", "we", "us"). By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. What the site is

WristGuide is a free, independent smartwatch comparison guide. It lists models, specifications, prices, and availability gathered from manufacturers' official sources, retailers, and press material, and links to third-party retailers where products can be bought.

2. Prices, availability, and specifications

• Prices and availability shown on the site come from third-party retailers and are updated periodically. They can change at any moment and may be outdated, incomplete, or wrong. The price and stock status on the retailer's own site at the time of purchase is the only binding one.
• Displayed prices are not an offer by us. We do not sell products and are not a party to any purchase you make.
• Specifications come from manufacturer and press sources and can contain errors, including differences between regional variants. Check the manufacturer's page before buying.
• Nothing on the site is professional advice of any kind.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, prices, or practices of any retailer or manufacturer we link to. Any purchase, warranty, return, or dispute is strictly between you and that third party.

5. Intellectual property

The site's original content, design, and compilation belong to WristGuide. Product names, brand names, images, and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the products. You may not scrape, copy, or republish the site's catalog or content in bulk without our written permission.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no automated bulk scraping, no attempts to disrupt or probe the site or its hosting, and no use that violates applicable law.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WristGuide is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on information on the site or from purchases made through linked retailers. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the smallest amount the law allows. You paid nothing to use the site.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected.
